It is true and it is a necessity to have your own trainer when you workout. Your trainer will see objectively how you are doing and will be able to objectively check your progress as you go along. You also need to know what you are doing and so you need to know at least the basics of weight training and muscle building. This way, you muscle building don’t just follow blindly what you are being told to do and you don’t just go through each set of exercises like a robot. You do your exercises knowing what you want to achieve and what you are about to achieve. That’s the essence of being knowledgeable with what you have gotten yourself into.
It will give you much confidence to know that you build muscle in different parts of your body and you have the capacity to question if you feel that some things are not going the way you think they should go. Your confidence will manifest in the way you carry yourself while doing your workout in the gym.
