Truth About Abs: Cutting To The Chase!

Mike Geary’s book, The Truth About Abs concentrates on two main areas of interest: Diet and your workout plan.  That is the basics.  He does spend a lot of time on each one of these because, about them, there is much to be said:

The diet part is not just a quick overview of: Drink plenty of water and get rid of the junk food.  Yes, you have to do both of those, however, the plan goes into much more detail than that, such as:  Proper nutrition for your body, depending on your body type!  What the body does with the food you give it and what happens to it to either work with you to burn that fat or work against you and hang onto it.

Your workout has a lot of information about the truth about abs proper way to exercise.  It goes into some of the exercise regimens that other weight loss programs promise you will deliver the weight loss, yet, never really accomplishes that promise.  The fad plans are examined and Mike goes into why they do not work.
